Welcome to Montgomery National Golf Club. By accessing our website, making reservations, or purchasing products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Golf Reservations
Tee times may be booked online through our website or by contacting the golf course directly.
Reservations may be made up to seven (7) days in advance.
Reservations for groups of 20 or more may be arranged up to one year in advance.
All reservations are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate reservation and contact information.
Golfers should arrive with sufficient time to check in before their scheduled tee time.
Montgomery National Golf Club reserves the right to adjust tee time availability due to weather, course conditions, scheduled events, or operational requirements.
2. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours' notice for tee time cancellations.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the golf course at 507-364-5602.
Refund eligibility for prepaid reservations is subject to the cancellation and refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Golf fees, merchandise prices, event fees, and other charges are subject to change. The applicable price, taxes, and fees will be presented before completing a purchase.
Payment transactions may be processed through authorized third-party payment processors.
4. Refunds and Returns
Refunds, where applicable, are issued in accordance with the policy presented at the time of booking or purchase.
Customers seeking a refund for an online golf reservation, merchandise purchase, or other service should contact Montgomery National Golf Club at 507-364-5602.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment processor and financial institution processing times.
Any merchandise return restrictions, event deposit conditions, or nonrefundable purchases will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Weather and Course Conditions
Golf operations may be affected by adverse weather, unsafe conditions, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If the course closes or play is interrupted, available options for refunds, rescheduling, or rain checks will be determined under the course's applicable policies.
Customers may contact the golf shop for information regarding weather-related interruptions.
6. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounted tee times, coupons, special packages, and other advertised promotions may be subject to specific terms and restrictions.
Where applicable, restrictions will be disclosed with the promotion and may include:
Valid dates and expiration dates.
Eligible days or tee times.
Reservation requirements.
Minimum purchase or group-size requirements.
Restrictions on combining offers.
Availability limitations.

Promotional offers have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase or issuance.

8. Events, Outings, and Memberships
Golf outings, tournaments, private events, banquet reservations, and memberships may be governed by additional agreements or policies.
